Blogamp is a web-based audiocasting solution that combines a rich media on-demand experience with podcasting. Blogamp's robust administration utility and content manager allows site owners and bloggers the ability to customize the on demand presentation as well as utilize the many add-on features depending on who the target audience is. Blogamp (originally K-AMP Player, now our B2B company name) was designed to deliver on-demand audio via a variety of web-based flash player widgets just before podcasting was established, back when audioblogging was the term used. We continue to use our slogan "Audiocasting for the Masses" as we feel the term still applies as Blogamp combines and enhances the end user experience beyond podcasting only. The "Basic"-Free version is an outgrowth of our goal to expand the user base and one that enables any external MP3 storage (or link) to run through Blogamp just like the hosted options. For those customers who choose to register for our paid hosted services (incl. support), we have made it optional to combine Blogamp's hosted files with externally stored files, thus allowing limitless audio publishing. In the near future, Blogamp will be offering an Enterprise version, which will enable communities, businesses and educators to control and deploy their own (multi-user) audiocasting network based on the Blogamp system. We also have plans to move into video with Vlogamp. |
